I'm thinking of buying something like this for my fiance. I don't want her to think I'm being cheap though do you know of anywhere I can buy these but of a higher quality?

Obviously everyone strives to purchase as large a diamond kitty as possible. Remember, a large diamond is not always a beautiful diamond. Make sure you haven't compromised too much on the other 3C's before selecting your diamond.
