Sotheby’s will be hosting Damien Hirst’s “Beautiful Inside My Head Forever” exhibition and sale in London on September 15.

Hirst’s “The Golden Carf” is expected to sell in the range of 8,000,000—12,000,000 GBP ($14.1 million – $21.2 million)

In 2007, Hirst’s “Lullaby Spring” was sold for £9.65m ($17.1 million) so the upcoming event may set a new record for Damien Hirst and may also break the record for a work by a living artist.
