Press release: JamesList.com officially launches today
Posted on Jan 23 - Filed Under Miscellaneous
Fredrik Karlberg, Marketing Director of Stockholm, Sweden based JamiesList.com emailed me to announce that JamesList – a global luxury marketplace – officially launched today. JamesList is a classified ads site focusing on high value, luxury items in many categories including cars, motorcycles, watches, yachts, jets and more. I am not sure who James is – vs Craig Newmark of Craigslist.org – but certainly a good, brandable name for their site. I shall ask. According to their press release, they advertise a combined inventory of over 20,000 luxury items from over 350 dealers world-wide. See below a few selected ones, in the million-dollar range plus some:
Aston Martin Q77 – listed for €1,250,000 (approx. $1,621,875)

Aston Martin is building only 77 of these cars and the rights were bought up almost immediately.
JamesList has the last available order listed.
Patek Philippe 5002P Sky Moon Perpetual Calendar Tourbillon – listed for €1,240,000 (approx. $1,608,900)

When it sells for the list price, this Patek will be the most expensive one I’ve read about. Certainly beating the one we wrote about earlier by $1M.
