A Leawood, Kansas, resident has claimed one of three $50,000 Missouri Lottery Powerball prizes from the Aug. 23 drawing. The winner purchased the ticket at Gary’s Amoco, 13015 State Line Road in Kansas City, and used Quick Pick to correctly match four of five white-ball numbers drawn and the Powerball. Those numbers were: 6, 7, 16, 23 and 26 with a Powerball of 4.

Powerball is a $2 per play multi-state Draw Game that features jackpots starting at $40 million. Powerball drawings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. Research all current and past winning numbers at MOLottery.com.
