    I'd say that's about right, but judging how things are going in the real estate market in Florida right now (and California and Nevada), I'd have to say that the $1 Million will actually get you the furniture and artwork to hand on the walls as well. Of course, a few years ago, the $1 Million would get you about 1/2 of that house. What a difference a years makes, eh?
